Return & Refund Policy

At JuniorJoy.store, we want every “unboxing” to be a moment of pure happiness. If a toy or accessory doesn’t meet your expectations, our “Joy-Back” policy is here to help.


1. 7-Day Joy Guarantee

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return.
  • The “Unplayed” Condition: To be eligible, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all factory seals, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Why the box matters: Once a toy is opened and played with, we cannot accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons, as it can no longer be sold as new.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We know how disappointing a “broken toy” can be. If an item arrives damaged or is missing a part:

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Please inspect the toy immediately and report any defects within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Send a clear photo or video of the defect to our WhatsApp [+92 XXX XXXXXXX].
  • Solution: We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund. We’ll even cover the return shipping!

3. Change of Mind / Size Issues

  • If the toy is too big/small for your space or you simply changed your mind:
    • The item must be unopened.
    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a Rs. 200 handling fee.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personal Care: Baby teethers, pacifiers, and grooming kits.
  • Apparel: Baby onesies or socks that have been worn or washed.
  • Consumables: Bubbles, craft clay, or markers that have been opened.
  • Battery Damage: Items damaged by leaking batteries or using the wrong voltage adapter.

5. The Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return arrives at our hub, our team will inspect it within 48 hours to ensure it is in resalable condition.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are sent via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Easy Return Steps:

  1. Contact us: Send your Order ID and a quick photo of the boxed item to our email.
  2. Pack it up: Wrap the item securely (just like it arrived) to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Courier it back: Send it to our JuniorJoy Hub in Islamabad.
